ConceptsGlossary
- Flock
- A pooled opening: deposits, a deadline, a size, and one launch transaction that buys for everybody.
- Size
- The amount of ETH the flock buys with, at most 0.25 ETH. Deposits can exceed it.
- Fill
min(1, size / total): the fraction of each deposit that is spent.
- Floor
- The start price of the curve. Two meanings: the curve never goes below it, and the flock's
minTokensPerEth is a guard under which the launch reverts.
- Premium
- How much more than the very first price a buyer paid, fees included.
- Curve
- The bonding curve contract of a Pons token, where it trades until it graduates.
- Graduation
- When the curve has taken in 4.2 ETH and moves to a Uniswap pool.
- Snipe tax
- Pons' 99% tax on buyers in the first 3 seconds.
- Creator tax
- A percentage of each buy and sell on the curve that goes to the creator fee recipient. A flock allows 0 to 5%.
- Grace
- One day after the deadline in which anyone may still launch. After it, the flock is refundable.
- Reserve
- ETH the creator puts in
open to cover the Pons launch fee; the unused part comes back with reclaim.
- Params hash
keccak256(abi.encode(params)), stored at open and checked at launch.
