Pons integration

A flock is built on Pons V2 on Robinhood Chain. Nothing here is a guess: each fact was read from the real contracts, and the tests in contracts/test/PonsFacts.t.sol fail if Pons changes one of them.

Addresses

Calls a flock makes

  • factory.launchFee() and launchToken(params, configId, pairToken, snipeTaxExemptions) payable with the launch fee. Pair token is the zero address (native ETH). It returns the token and the curve.
  • curve.buy(quoteIn, minTokensOut, recipient) payable.

A flock does not use the Pons launchAndBuy helper: it calls the factory and the curve directly.

Facts we rely on

factvalue
snipe tax99% (snipeTaxStartBps = 9900) for 3 seconds
exemptionsthe launcher and the creator fee recipient automatically, plus the addresses passed in
maximum creator tax1000 bps (the flock keeps it under 500)

curve fee1%
start reserves1.68 ETH virtual quote, 1e27 token wei
graduation4.2 ETH raised on the curve

Chain notes

  • A block takes about 0.104 seconds on average. block.number seen from a contract is not the RPC's block number on this chain, so use log positions, not the contract's number, when you index (this is why deployBlock in the site config is an RPC block).
  • The public RPC limits eth_getLogs and answers a Cloudflare challenge to heavy callers: space your requests.
  • The Pons web app is not an API: nothing in the flock depends on it.
If Pons changesA flock calls contracts it does not control. If Pons changes the launch fee, the economics hash or the curve, the launch either reverts (and every depositor can leave after the grace) or fails the price floor. It does not silently overpay.
